About Us

We are a highly experienced team of consultants led by Zoe O'Carroll-Dismore & Briony White who have extensive experience in Early Years. Between us we hold an MSc in Educational Leadership and Management, BA (Hons) in Education, Qualified Teacher Status, and a Foundation Degree in Early Years.

We have experience owning and managing a highly profitable chain of nurseries, achieving multiple 'Outstanding' Ofsted gradings and have vast experience in leading large teams of practitioners. We are passionate about transferring our skills and knowledge to Early Years settings and helping them achieve high quality results in this increasingly challenging sector.

Zoe O'Carroll-Dismore

Zoe has many years experience in the Early Years Sector working in senior managerial roles in Outstanding nurseries. Prior to this Zoe achieved a Foundation degree in Early Years, BA(Hons) in Education and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership and Management. Zoe's expertise are in Leadership and Management, Staff development, Early Years Practice, SEND and Ofsted training.

Briony White

Briony spent thirteen years setting up and leading a group of nurseries which secured outstanding Ofsted gradings. She sold the business to one of the largest chains in the country in 2022, after achieving multiple market leading offers. Briony's expertise is in HR, Finance, and Early Years Funding. She can also provide advice regarding Acquisitions for those wanting to grow their business and Exit Strategies for owners preparing to sell.
